The Message
You are allowed to set the worry down for one night.
The Stone Speaks
The worry will still be here tomorrow if you need it. Tonight, you are allowed to put it down and simply rest.
What It’s Naming
the anxious mind that keeps watch all night, believing that worrying is the same as protecting.
A Small Practice
Before bed, write the worry on paper and place the stone on top. Tell it: “You can wait until morning.”
If It Turns to Face You
You may believe your vigilance is holding everything together. It isn’t. Rest, and let the night hold you for once.
