The short version

Roselight is a quiet place to sit with the cards. Use it gently, let the readings be reflection rather than prescription, and if you bring a deck home we will treat you the way we would want to be treated. By using roselight.cards or purchasing from us, you agree to what follows.

What Roselight is

Roselight is a sanctuary for tarot and oracle — a place to draw a daily card, lay sacred spreads, cast charms, keep a reading journal, and, when the printing runs open, bring the physical decks home. The app is free to use. The words and images in it are the original works of their teachers, offered here for your personal reflection.

Readings are reflection, not advice

The readings, cards, charms, and spreads in Roselight are offered for insight, reflection, and entertainment. They are not — and are never a substitute for — medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The cards can hold a mirror; they cannot write a prescription. For questions of health, mind, law, or money, please sit with a qualified professional who knows your situation. And if you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, put the cards down and reach for qualified help now — in the US and Canada you can call or text 988 any hour of any day. What you do with a reading always remains your own choice and your own responsibility.

Purchases & preorders

When checkout opens, payments are processed securely by Stripe on Stripe's own pages — we never see or store your card details. The physical decks are offered as preorders: your order reserves a deck from the first printing run, and it ships when that run comes off the press. We will tell you the expected window before you pay, keep you posted if it moves, and if the wait becomes unreasonable — or the printing does not happen — you may cancel any unshipped preorder at any time for a full refund.

Refunds & returns

If a deck arrives damaged or misprinted, write to us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement free — no need to mail the hurt one back. If a deck simply is not right for you, unopened decks (still in their seal) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price; the return shipping is yours to carry. Once a deck's seal is broken, the cards have passed through your hands and cannot be resold, so opened decks are not returnable — the damaged-or-misprinted promise above still stands. Digital content and digital readings are final sale.

Shipping

At launch we ship to the United States and Canada. Roselight the app is open to the whole world; the printed decks will travel further as soon as we can carry them there. When international shipping opens, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Taxes

Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — the price you confirm is the price you are charged.

The cards belong to their teachers

All card imagery, card meanings, spreads, and written guidance in Roselight are the original works of their teachers and are protected by copyright. They are shared here for your personal use — to read, reflect, journal, and share a reading with a friend. They may not be reproduced, sold, scraped, used to train machine-learning systems, or republished in any form without written permission from Be'ing Here LLC.

Our promises, and their limits

We tend Roselight with care, but it is offered as is — we cannot promise the app will always be available, unbroken, or free of error. To the fullest extent the law allows, Be'ing Here LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Roselight, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase that gave rise to it. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not let us limit. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and any dispute belongs to the state or federal courts sitting in Pennsylvania. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
