Forty-four voices sit in four councils of eleven — the Solar, the Lunar & Astral, the Stellar, and the Cosmic. Each card is not a symbol to interpret; it is a transmission — an ancestor, or a council of ancestors, speaking directly to the one who draws it, in Mandy-Lynn Aitken’s own words.

The card face carries the Transmission — one breath of the ancestors’ message. Each card’s page carries the rest of the visit: the Shadow Whisper — how the same ancestors speak when the message is being refused — and a Sit With It ceremony to answer them back.
