  3. 3. West — IntrospectionWhat needs to be released or examined. Where courage is required to look inward. Body and letting go.
  4. 4. North — WisdomWhat the Higher Self or Elder within you already knows. The guidance that has been present all along.
  5. 5. The Centre — Your MedicineWho you are right now — the medicine you carry.
  6. 6. Above — Father SkyCelestial guidance — what is being offered from the ancestral and spiritual realm.
